Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

## Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within **14 days** of the day after you (or someone you nominate) received your goods.

To cancel, email us at **contact@cutyourphone.com** with your full name and order number, and put **"Cancel my order"** in the subject line. You can do this before your order ships, or within 14 days of delivery.

## Returning your items
After telling us you wish to cancel, please return the goods to us **within 14 days**.

- Items should be **unused and in their original packaging**, in a resaleable condition.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the item is faulty or was sent in error).
- Items remain your responsibility until they reach us. For items over £50, we recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
- We will provide the return address by email once you contact us.

## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method **within 14 days** of us receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier).

- The cost of original standard delivery is refunded with the goods. Return shipping costs are not refunded.
- Refunds can take a few additional business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

## Faulty or damaged items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Email **contact@cutyourphone.com** with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right at no cost to you.

## Exceptions
For practical reasons, the following cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Gift cards

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
