# Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you smoothly. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.

## Order processing
We're proud to process orders quickly — most orders are processed within **24 hours**. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

## Delivery times & cost
- **Delivery:** free, tracked shipping on all UK orders.
- **Estimated delivery:** typically **7–12 business days** after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control (carrier delays, weather, etc.).

## Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

## Cancelling an order
Because we process orders quickly, if you wish to cancel, please email **contact@cutyourphone.com** as soon as possible with "Cancel my order" in the subject line, along with your name and order number. We'll do our best to cancel before the order is processed, but we can't guarantee cancellation once it has been dispatched. After dispatch, you can still return your order under our Refund & Return Policy.

## Incorrect or incomplete addresses
It's your responsibility to check that your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away — we can only amend the address if your order hasn't been processed yet.

We can't be held responsible for orders that are delayed, returned or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If a parcel is returned to sender, we'll offer you either a re-shipment or a refund (less the original shipping cost), once the parcel has been received back.

## Customs & import charges
For orders shipped from outside the UK, any import VAT or duties (where applicable) are handled in line with current UK regulations. Any charges due will be made clear to you before or at the point of purchase wherever possible.
