Everything in the box
Open it tonight — clear a table and begin.

Edges first. Then the sky.
A thousand small decisions — none of them hard.
The border frames your evenings for the week.
Sort a zone, place a run of pieces, feel it click.
Glue it, frame it, or box it up and start the next one.
One more piece beats one more scroll
The click of a right piece is the whole trick.
Small gesture
Pick a piece, try it, turn it. Your eyes search, your hands sort — your feed stays shut.
Small win
Every piece that clicks is a tiny yes. A corner done tonight, a sky by Sunday.
One more
“Just one more piece” — an hour’s gone. The same pull as the feed, reversed.
What people piece together instead of scrolling
We tip it out on the dining table on Sunday and it lives there all week. Twenty minutes here, an hour there — and both our phones stay on the sideboard. Best £20-odd we’ve spent on our evenings.
The fit is properly snug — no floaty pieces, no doubt when something clicks. Did the edges the first night and was annoyed when it was bedtime. That never happens with my phone.
Bought it to do with my teenager, fully expecting to do it alone. She sat down “for five minutes” and stayed an hour. We’ve started a second one.
I’m not a mindfulness person. This is just sorting and clicking, and somehow it’s 10pm and I feel fine instead of fried. The poster reference is genuinely useful.
Lovely image and good board quality. One star off because the pouch seal is a bit flimsy — I moved the loose pieces to a food bag. Everything else spot on.
It waits on the table without buzzing at me. Some nights I do ten pieces, some nights a hundred. Either way I go to bed having done a thing, not watched a thousand things.
